Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the right product without delays.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at manvooffical@gmail.com.
