Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MANVO. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver your orders across Pakistan and internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and more. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to: UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and many other countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. MANVO has no control over customs processes or associated charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within Pakistan. COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is not accepted upon delivery, a restocking fee may apply on future orders.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists or your order appears lost, contact us at manvooffical@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 03415094423 and we will investigate immediately.

MANVO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, customs clearance, or other events outside our control. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MANVO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at manvooffical@gmail.com — we will try to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this once the order has been shipped.
